ARM: DT: ifc6410: Add memory range. 



This patch add memory range on ifc6410 which has got 2GB.
The reason for this addition is to overcome with bogus memory start ATAG
specified by the bootloader.

This patch depends on "ARM: zImage: Allow DTB to override broken
ATAG_MEM" by Bjorn Andersson
