msm: board-msm7x27a: Udpate regulator voltage shared by AR6003 WIFI Chip. 



AR6003 Wifi chip requires 3.3V for its operation. Also the
regulator used by this chip is shared with BT. Hence voltage
level needs update to support this chip.
