clk: qcom: gcc-8996: Associate all aggre0 clks with aggre0 gdsc

With support added to control clocks associated with a gdsc from within
the gdsc driver, associate all aggre0 bus clock instances with the respective
aggre0 gdscs so devices inside these gdsc do not have to control
them individually.
