HACK: drm/msm/mdp5: Configure bus clocks for MSM8996 



We need to configure ceratin bus clocks for MDP to fetch frame buffers
successfully. Enable these in the mdp5 driver itself. This would be
moved to the bus scaling driver when it's supported for 8996.
