msm: board-8960-gpiomux: Configure PULL_UP for IRQ 



Configure PULL_UP instead of PULL_DOWN for MHL_INT_N.

MHL_INT_N IRQ is active low so when the MHL chip
is not assembled for some reason the IRQ will be
false triggered as the MHL_INT_N is pulled down.
