CHROMIUM: WAR: ath10k: Disable probe response template in AP mode

When WMI_SERVICE_BEACON_OFFLOAD is set, then host sends
beacon and probe response template to firmware in AP mode.
Thereafter, firmware handles periodic transmission of beacons
and transmission of probe response whenever it receives any
probe requests. So host does not receive any probe requests.
In some cases, host needs to analyse the probe request,
so disable sending probe resp template to firmware in AP mode
