usb: msm8960: Do not add hsic platform dev for mtp and fluid 



HSIC is core is added in 8960 V2 cdp and Liquid devices. It
is not present in any version of mtp and fluid. Prevent hsic
driver from starting for mtp and fluid by not adding platform
device for these platforms.
