ARM: configs: multi_v7_defconfig: Enable PINCTRL_MSM driver 



Since the commit,
587c52cb4960 ("pinctrl: qcom: Allow pinctrl-msm code to be loadable as a module"),
the PINCTRL_MSM driver is not enabled eventhough the SoC specific
pinctrl drivers are enabled. Hence enable is explicitly.
