msm: kgsl: Context switch fixes for A3XX 



In A3xx GPU state during context switching is saved from shadow RAM.
Changed to use correct shadow ram base address by default.
Gmem quad restore height and width is fixed to right values.
Fixed A3XX_GRAS_SC_CONTROL to right value.
