msm: clock-8960: Correct 8064 clock table rows for MDP and VPE footswitches

The MDP footswitch device should be listed as a consumer of tv_src_clk.
Also, VPE's iface clock's name needs to be corrected to match the proper
naming convention and what the footswitch-8x60 driver is expecting.
