msm: lpass-8960: Avoid write to lpass wakeup register 



LPASS SSR driver has a write to lpass wakeup register as part of
lpass shutdown process. But wakeup register falls under secure
space which is not accessible by HLOS. To avoid this, the write
has been moved to NMI call now. Hence remove this write to lpass
wake register from ssr driver
