Revert "arm64: add support for NO_KERNEL_MAPPING and STRONGLY_ORDERED"

This reverts commit 88a1a07e5289de11cfee924052914358a7441b17.

The following kernel panic can be seen with this commit on linaro
integration brach, so revert it until find the root cause.
