INTERNAL: arm64: dts: qcom: qcs404: update trip temperatures

Start throttling at 95 degC and shutdown at 110 degC.

Test=Run tests to allow CPU reach its passive trips and
observe the current CPU frequency drop to the lowest OPP.
When CPU gets cooled the CPU frequency will be back to highest OPP
and when the temperature increases to 110 degC it should shutdown.
