ASoC: msm: Avoid dma_allocate_memory failure 



dma_allocate_memory api was failing sometimes while
allocating contiguous memory.

Made a fix to use allocate_contiguous_ebi_nomap api instead
to allocate memory and modifed msm_pcm_mmap to use safe api's
