INTERNAL: arm64: dts: qcom: qcs404: update trip temperatures 



Start throttling CPUs at 105 degC and do emergency shutdown at 120 degC.

For thermal zones that can't be throttled directly (dsp, lpass, aoss,
gpu), convert them to informational 'hot' trip points and remove their
critical trip points.
