ASoC: wcd9335: ensure MCLK is enabled before efuse sensing 



MCLK needs to be turned on for efuse sensing to be successful.
During post SSR codec bring up, make sure MCLK is restored before
efuse sensing, if audio use cases were running when SSR happened.
