mfd: Reorder slimbus disconnect port and channel

After multiple iterations of device switches, codec
port opening gets blocked due to latency between
closing and opening slimbus ports. Re-ordering
the disconnect port will help get the closure
faster and in turns speeds up the close for codec
hardware ports
