drm/bridge/lt9611uxc: support firmware upgrades 



Add support for flashing firmare onto LT9611UXC HDMI bridge. Both
initial flashing and runtime upgrades are supported. To update firmware
put binary file into /lib/firmware/lt9611uxc_fw.bin and run:

$ echo 1 > /sys/bus/i2c/devices/5-002b/lt9611uxc_firmware
