arm64: dts: qcom: sc8280xp-lenovo-x13s: Enable external display 



Enable the two DisplayPort controllers, introduce the GPIO-based SBU
muxes and the PMIC GLINK node with the two USB Type-C ports and wire
these together.

The Displayport controllers are defined as 2-lane for now, as the QMP
PHY driver in Linux does not yet support switching to and from 4-lane
DP.
