defconfig: fsm: Enable UBI, UBIFS and IPC_ROUTER support 



This kernel configuration changes enable
UBI (Unsorted Block Images) driver
UBIFS (UBI filesystem) as kernel modules
MSM IPC Router support
MSM SMD XPRT Layer
