INTERNAL: arm64: dts: qcom: qcs404-mistral: Add FAN53526 buck on I2C1 



The FAN53526 buck on BLSP1 I2C1 drives VDD_APC on the SoC, describe
this. The valid voltage range is limited to the acceptable values for
VDD_APC, with the max adjusted upwards to the next available step of the
FAN53526.
