CHROMIUM: arm64: qcom: qcs404-mistral: drop superfluous regulator-boot-on from s3
The regulator-boot-on property is already set in the pms405_s3 node in pms405.dtsi, so there is no need to reference that node simply to extend it with a property that is already there.
