net: qrtr: ns: Announce servers of all nodes during hello response

Currently, during the hello response, only the servers registered on the
local node are announced to the source node. But for a node acting as an
intermediatory like the SDX55 A7, it needs to make the servers visible
from the disjoint nodes like a modem.

Hence, during the hello response, announce servers of all nodes to the
source node. This makes the modem services in SDX55 visible to the host.
