kleaf: move kernel_images.deps to args with semantic names. 

This moves MODULES_LIST, VENDOR_DLKM_MODULES_LIST,
VENDOR_DLKM_PROPS, VENDOR_RAMDISK_BINARY to direct
arguments to kernel_images, so they do not have
to be specified in build.config.
