Wifi-HAL: Add schedule update and modify Confirm Ind 

1) Enable additional info in NdpConfirm. Include the Channel info(Channel/BW)
   as part of the ConfirmInd. Also include the NSS info for 2G/5G.
2) Add new Indication to inform ScheduleUpdate. ScheduleUpdate includes
   Peer MAC Info/Schedule update reason and channel information.
