WiFi-Hal: initialized variables before using in the function 

Initialized node_pkt_len, node_pkt_t.bmap_enqueued and
node_pkt_t.bmap_failed before being used in the function. Also
removed Suspicious dereference of pointer 'reg' before NULL
check.
