wpa_supplicant_8_lib: update qca-vendor_copy.h

This commit updates qca-vendor_copy.h to latest qca-vendor.h as
specified on 12/03/2021 at

This also removes the duplicate definition added by commit
ffc94bab (GETSTATSSTAINFO: Parse new vendor attrs for get_sta_info
endor command)
