Weekly update hwui and skia profile data

Raw profile data collected from:
Build target: pgo-collector_invocation
Build ID: 4608217

Notice: skia PGO has been turned off because of certain bug:
http://b/73127367. To keep consistency, still put the updated skia
profdata in skia directory, but it will not be used for skia for now.

Test: Rebuilt with current profdata and confirmed the performance.
