DO NOT MERGE: Rename dex2oat profile file to be Arm/Arm64 specific 

Bug: http://b/78259283

Rename the profile file to the Arm/Arm64-specific name.

Test: Build and verify that dex2oat PGO is performed only for enabled
targets.
