This reverts commit 4cb628a3.

Reason for revert: recovery image on marlin & sailfish no longer
contained *property_contexts and thus recovery failed to boot.

Test: Clean build, flash, sailfish and bullhead boot up just fine,
      and boot into recovery just fine.
