Add python 2.7.5 

Build instructions:

  export NDK=your-AOSP-path/ndk
  cd $NDK ; ./build/tools/dev-cleanup.sh
  ./build/tools/download-toolchain-sources.sh /tmp/ndk-$USER/src
  ./build/tools/build-host-python.sh --toolchain-src-dir=/tmp/ndk-$USER/src
      --systems=linux-x86_64 --force
  cp -a $NDK/prebuilt/linux-x86_64/* .
