Updated VNDK ABI checks on two libraries 

There is a known issue with VNDK ABI checks. Some compiler
configurations may be missing weak symbols for inline functions.
This means that in cases like libbase.so and
libstagefright_bufferpool@2.0.so.lsdump the ABI snapshots
are may be missing some symbols.
