Allow to target each device side collector more specifically 

In order to de-ambiguate some options, allow an alias to be
specified as a namespace in front of the option name in
order to always target the proper collector.

Test: unit tests
tradefed.sh run commandAndExit template/local_min --template:map test=CollectorHostsideLibTest
tradefed.sh run commandAndExit template/local_min --template:map test=CollectorDeviceLibTest
