Passing instrumentation to LauncherInstrumentation

UiDevice, the old param, belongs to a support lib; as TAPL switches to
an AndroidX, it will become impossible to pass it from tests that still
use the old support lib.

The change will land in the same topic as a launcher drop that will
change the param type.
