Fixing testAllAppsContainerSwipe and others

It opens AllApps via a single swipe, and was broken by our transition to
double swipes. Fixing by double-swiping. As this is not the final UX for
P, landing not quite cleaned-up code (duplicated etc.). As the UX
settles, the code will settled and will be cleaned up.
