Fixing testAllAppsContainerSwipe

Aka SysUi: AllApps Container Swipe etc.

Both quickstep and non-quickstep configurations were broken because the
swiping gesture was too broad and closed AppApps instead of swiping.
Reducing the gesture range solves the issue. Now both quickstep and
non-quickstep configurations are fixed.
