BootTestHelper to setup pin and dismiss lock screen 

Test:

adb shell am instrument -w -r  -e class com.android.boothelper.BootHelperTest#setupLockScreenPin
 com.android.boothelper/android.support.test.runner.AndroidJUnitRunner

adb shell am instrument -w -r  -e class com.android.boothelper.BootHelperTest#unlockScreenWithPin
 com.android.boothelper/android.support.test.runner.AndroidJUnitRunner
