Waits for updating AID routing table entry

When routing / unrouting AID, main thread sends a
corresponding message to client thread but doesn't
wait for response. If there are many AID entries,
free space in GKI buffer becomes insufficient due
to the queued messages.

Test: Install CE services and select it from R/W
