LLCP 1.1 support. 

- Allow servicename for connectionless sockets;
- Pass in servicename in Bind() for both types;
- EchoServer: allow MIU=128 again since ATR_RES
    fix was merged in libnfc-nxp
- EchoServer: fix reading from incorrect offset.
