Fix header dependencies

This is needed because
1. MediaCodecsXmlParser.h will not include OMX header files.
2. libstagefright will not export "." as an include directory.

Test: make cts -j123 && cts-tradefed run cts-dev -m \
CtsMediaTestCases --compatibility:module-arg \
CtsMediaTestCases:include-annotation:\
android.platform.test.annotations.RequiresDevice

Test: make cts -j123 && cts-tradefed run cts -m \
CtsMediaTestCases -t android.media.cts.MediaCodecListTest
