STK application uninstall for NAA Application reset. 

Stk application is getting uninstalled due to refresh reset,
not checking for whether it is uicc reset or NAA application
reset.For NAA application reset, stk app should not get
uninstalled.

Fix: Add aid details also while broadcasting the intent for card
status change.For NAA application reset aid will be non-null.
