Remove reference to CarUserManagerHelper.DEFAULT_FIRST_ADMIN_NAME 

Removes reference to CarUserManagerHelper.DEFAULT_FIRST_ADMIN_NAME as
the field is being removed for a new API.

Test: Ran 'atest CarServiceUnitTest'. Ran 'atest CarServicesTest'. Existing
and new tests pass.
