Use all-makefiles-under to fix FrameSequenceSample compilation 

Now builds with:

tapas FrameSequenceSample
m && adb install -r $ANDROID_PRODUCT_OUT/system/app/FrameSequenceSample/FrameSequenceSample.apk

Test: sample app builds & runs
