Partially update Emoji ZWJ sequences to Emoji 5.0 

Partially update emoji-zwj-sequences.txt to Emoji 5.0 data. Sequences
that we don't support in our emoji font yet (those containing Unicode
10.0 characters and golfers with skin tones) have been commented out
from the file.

Test: fontchain_lint.py is updated and passes.
