Let users of tf-graph-app specify just a URL of a pbtxt file to load instead... 

Let users of tf-graph-app specify just a URL of a pbtxt file to load instead of having to provide the full contents of a pbtxt file.

This nicely makes the progress bar take loading of the pbtxt file into account. It also makes tf-graph-app easier to use in some cases.
