Update sample_distorted_bounding_box to use v2 kernel (#11668)

* Update sample_distorted_bounding_box to use v2 kernel

This fix is a follow up of #10840 so that
sample_distorted_bounding_box uses _v2 kernel to follow the
API compatibility workflow (3 weeks).

This fix fixes #10715.
