Remove symbols from the v2 API. Included here: 

tf.train.NewCheckpointReader
tf.train.replica_device_setter
tf.train.init_from_checkpoint
tf.train.ProfilerHook
tf.profiler.*

Profiler's API depends on v1 style graphs, so we'll remove this pending replacement.
