Simplify `dense_to_sparse_tensor` and `indicators_to_sparse_ids`, and fix them... 

Simplify `dense_to_sparse_tensor` and `indicators_to_sparse_ids`, and fix them to work with inputs of undefined rank.
Add test for `indicators_to_sparse_ids` `dtype` arg.
Small update to `unstack` pydoc.
