[XLA] Make explicit that some special functions don't accept imaginary numbers. 

Our erfc, lgamma, digamma, and RoundToEven special functions don't accept
imaginary numbers.  Make this explicit, with tests.  Also remove code inside of
lgamma and digamma that looked like it was trying to handle complex numbers.
