[UPDATE] 

  1. debug binary ops:
     transpose added again since TF layout optimization is not sufficient
  2. debug consecutive trt_engine_op binding names

TODO: binding names + input wiring needs refactoring
      Also change the trt_engine_op attrs (input/output nodes might not be necessary
